Before establishing Oleada Financial, she led a comprehensive financial planning practice on Northwestern Mutual’s platform for nearly four years, following a dynamic nine-year tenure in private equity alongside various CEOs.
It was in the dynamic realm of private equity that Briana found her inspiration to redefine finance, dedicating herself to elevate women and individuals from diverse communities towards greater financial freedom. A proud graduate of the University of Hawaii at Manoa with a BA in Sociology, Briana not only realizes her dreams as a business owner; she is passionate about community building, surfing, Burning Man, equality, music and global travel.
